Barbara Lee Lenn

Barbara Lee Lenn was born June 4, 1935, in Minneapolis, Minnesota, to Philip J. and Frances S. Gravrock and died March 11, 2025, in Pensacola, Florida. She moved to Springfield, Illinois in 1943, where she lived until she married Donald S. Lenn, in 1954.
Living the life of a Marine's wife, she lived in Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, Toledo, Ohio, Dumfries and Quantico, Virginia, Rota, Spain and Kaneohe, Hawaii, before coming with her husband and four sons to Pensacola in 1973 when Donald retired. They had never lived here before but felt that everyone needs live somewhere and why not Pensacola.
Barbara belonged to the Lutheran Church her entire life. In Pensacola, she was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church and Epiphany Lutheran Church. She served on many committees and council positions. She was active in various ways within her community, always taking action to get things improved. She was a member of Sweet Bay Garden Circle for many years and joined IMPACT 100 in 2010.
Barbara is survived by her sons, David (Cindy), Robert, Thomas (Terri) and James (Michele), 9 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Epiphany Lutheran Church, 6700 Spanish Trail Road, on March 29, 2025, at 3:00 PM, preceded by visitation at 2:30 PM. Burial will be at Barrancas National Cemetery, NAS Pensacola, at a later date. In lieu of flowers, gifts may be made to the Memorial Fund at Epiphany Lutheran Church or IMPACT 100 of Pensacola.
