Barbara A. McEachern

Barbara A. McEachern, 89, entered into rest Sunday October 30, 2022 at SpiriTrust Lutheran Kelly Manor. She was the wife of the late John D. McEachern.
A viewing will be 10-11 a.m. Friday at St. Joseph Church 2935 Kingston Rd. The Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 11 a.m.
at the church with Rev. James Menkhus OFM Cap as celebrant. Burial will be in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery. The John W. Keffer Funeral Homes and Crematory, Inc, East York, is assisting with the arrangements.
Mrs. McEachern was born March 9, 1933 in York a daughter of the late Harlan L. and Josephine (Hubley) Meckley. She was a 1951 graduate of William Penn Senior High School and had been employed as a long distance operator at Bell Telephone. She was a devout member of St. Joseph Church.
Barbara is survived by her sons Shawn D. McEachern and his wife Christine, Shane P. McEachern and his wife Lisa Swalinski;
grandchildren Caitlin Kolpak and her husband Timothy, Aiden McEachern; nieces, nephews, and loving extended family. She
was preceded in death by a sister Mary Jo Topper.
