Barbara was born December 21, 1932, in Chicago. A homemaker, she enjoyed gardening and taking care of her cat Milo.
She is survived by her children, Anthony, Carol, Andrew and Edward ( Kim Donald) Pentuic, two grandsons, James Donald Pentuic and Robert Donald Pentuic.
She was preceded in death by her husband Frank Pentuic, her parents, Edward and Angela Jurzyna and her siblings Edward (late Margaret) Jurzyna and Martha (late John) Drendel.
Services and interment private.
