Barbara Reagan Obituary
Barbara was born on May 23, 1955, in Grand Forks, North Dakota, the daughter of Edward and Helena (Jean) Salverson. In her younger years, Barb enjoyed socializing and spending time with friends and family. She met her future husband while bartending at the Level 7 in Grand Forks, North Dakota, while he was stationed at the Grand Forks Air Force Base. Barb and Bob were married in 1975 in Albany, New York, beginning a marriage that would span 44 years.
Throughout her life, Barb worked several jobs, but her true passion was baking. She was lovingly known as "the doughnut lady," and her banana chocolate chip cookies were famous-often claimed to be the best cookies anyone had ever tasted. After raising their family, Barb and Bob traveled across the United States for his work before eventually settling down in Mesquite, Nevada.
Barb found joy in baking, soaking up the sunshine, crocheting, gambling, listening to music, and relaxing while watching her favorite reality TV shows. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
Barb is survived by her children: Stacy (Melissa) Adams of Fort Collins CO, Toni Turner of Park Rapids MN, Robert (Kim) Reagan of Omaha NE, and Brandie (Kenny) Trandem of Mentor MN; her grandchildren: Sam and Mia Adams, Arianna and Jaxon Englund, Riley and Kole Reagan, and Brock and Hunter Trandem; her sister, Donna (Jeff) Lucken; sister-in-law, Diane Evans; and many nieces & nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 44 years, Robert Reagan Sr.; her son, Jason Reagan; her parents, Edward & Jean Salverson; and her in-laws, James & Virginia Croyle.
