Barbara Anne Schibi

Barbara Anne (Collins) Schibi, 86, of Alvin, Texas passed away on October 31, 2024, surrounded by her loved ones. She was born on June 27, 1938, in Livingston, Texas to Gordon Collins and Lois Rhoden. She moved to Aracadia, Texas, where she went to school until she married and eventually moved to Alvin where she has been for 50+ years
Survivors include Sister: Aleta Wostal, Children: Brenda Wissner (Dave), Robin Kirk, Rhonda Feely, David Griffin (Joleta), Jody Schibi (Brenda) Daughter in law: Kathy Griffin; Another son from another mother, Chris Gates Grandkids: Shannon Griffin, Bussie Adams, Kevin Giffin, Shelly Fleming, Barbie Wissner, Christi Biehle, Andy Griffin, Ricky Hooper, Leslie Seddon, Jason Scopel, Robby Scopel, Angela Reed, Adam Feely, Ashley Breaux, Nicholas Feely, Brittiny Smith, Bubby Griffin, Casey Wilkinson, Dalton Crainer, Matt Garrett, Justin Garrett, Joe Schibi III, Josh Schibi, Andy Staff, Spencer Cardiff, numerous great grandchildren and one great great grandson, numerous nieces and nephews and family members and friends.
Barbara is preceded in death by husband Joe Schibi, parents Gordon and Lois Collins, sons Ronnie Griffin, Bobby Griffin, grandson Colton Scopel, son in law Nathan Feely, brother-in-law PeeWee Wostal.
