Barbara A. Schriver

Barbara A. Schriver, "Big Mom," age 69, of Hanover, passed away on April 13, 2025 at her home. She was the loving wife of Nickolis A. Schriver; together they shared 45 years of marriage.
Barbara was born in Somerset, PA on August 22, 1955 and was the daughter of Ruby Sarver. She enjoyed playing solitaire, growing flowers, and traveling, especially going on cruises.
In addition to her loving husband Nickolis, Barbara is survived by her son Mark Lippy; her step-children Cynthia Buckmaster, Christina Hansen, and Bradley Schriver; her grandchildren Channing, Zachary, Scott, Lauren, Alyssa, Zeke, Andrew, and Bryce; and numerous great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister Sandy Lawrence and her brother Richard Luckabaugh. Barbara was preceded in death by her grandson Corey Hansen.
A Memorial Service in celebration of Barbara's life will be held on Saturday, April 19, 2025 at 1:00PM at Murphy-Beck Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Inc., 501 Ridge Ave., McSherrystown, PA 17344. Interment will be private. The family will receive relatives and friends on Saturday from 12:30PM – 1:00PM prior to the service at the funeral home.
