Barbara Ann Skryd (nee Wojtaszczyk) March 27, 1938 – June 29, 2025. Loving spouse of her late husband John A. "Jack" Skyrd; Devoted mother of Jackie Skryd, Joe (Molly) Skryd, John (Tina) Skryd Jr. , Chris (Martha) Skryd, Laura (Dan) DiStazio, Sara (Kevin) Palin, Dan (Angela) Skryd and Tim Skryd.
Visitation Thursday, July 24th, from 4-7 PM at Leonard Funeral Home, 565 Duane St., Glen Ellyn. Funeral Mass Friday, July 25th (10 AM) at St. James the Apostle Church, 480 S. Park Blvd., Glen Ellyn. Interment to follow at Assumption Cemetery, Wheaton, IL.

Barb was the sweetest. She always had such a beautiful smile, quick to laugh, always positive, and I really enjoyed playing tennis with her. She has been greatly missed by her tennis people.
