Barbara A Thill

Barbara Agnes (Warnberg) Thill died peacefully on Thursday, September 11th, 2025 at the age of 90 in Golden Valley, MN. Barb was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. Barb was born January 24th,1935 in Little Falls, MN to Arthur and Agnes Warnberg and had six siblings. After graduating from high school in 1953, she moved to the Twin Cities to work in a sewing factory. In 1958, she married Glen Thill. They raised a family together in Blaine, MN and later moved to Burnsville, MN where they stayed for 45 years. Barb and Glen were very involved members of Faith Covenant Church, volunteering their time there until they moved from Burnsville in 2017 to Covenant Living of Golden Valley.
Barb is remembered for her cookie baking, sewing, knitting, and volunteering. She loved to make things for people, as well as spending time playing games and working on puzzles.

Barb is survived by her husband Glen; her sister Lois; her children Reidun (Mark) Polacek, Ruthann White, Arvid Thill, Amy (Rick) Thill-Kokesch, and Alice Thill; her grandchildren Sean Kiser, Scott (Heather) White, Robyn (Sam) Gaylord, Margaret (Julian) Ross, and Andrew White; her great-grandchildren Taylor, Odin, Noah, Tim, Aren, Theodore, and Michael.

A memorial service to celebrate Barb's life will be held on Friday, September 26th, 1:00 pm at Covenant Village Chapel, 5800 St. Croix Ave, Golden Valley, MN.
