Barbara Thompson Obituary
Barbara was born on August 21, 1953, in West Point, GA, daughter of the late Roy O. Morgan and the late Laura Pike Morgan. She was also preceded in death by her sister, Mary Ethel Morgan. Barbara was a member at New Hope Church in Fredonia, AL. She enjoyed cooking, her flowers, and crafting, but her passion was her family. Barbara was a jokester with a contagious laugh that could brighten the darkest room.
Those left to cherish her memory are, her husband of 54 years, Dennis Joe Thompson; her daughters, Tammy Stokes (Brian), and Amanda Hudson (Aaron); her grandchildren, Logan Stokes (Morgan), Ryleigh Stokes, Athens Hudson, and Eli Hudson; her great grandchildren, Fisher Stokes, Ryder Stokes, and Serenity Stokes; her brother, Larry Morgan (Kathy); numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In accordance with her wishes, Mrs. Thompson will be cremated and there are no formal services planned.
Henderson & Sons Funeral Home, North Chapel, is honored to serve the family of Mrs. Barbara Ann Morgan Thompson.
