Barbara L. Toney was born on May 4, 1929, in Providence, Rhode Island to the late Warren Boyd Sr. and Mary Boyd.
Barbara L. Toney is predeceased by her husband Alfred J. Toney Sr. Brother's Harold E. Boyd Jr., Alfred J. Toney, and Michael L. Toney.
Barbara L. Toney leaves behind to cherish her memory, her loving children Nora Toney, Alicia Toney, Bette Toney, and a host of relatives and friends who will miss her dearly.
