Judy Toney, 66 year old Woodward resident passed away, Thursday October 2, 2025 in Woodward. A memorial service will be held at 10:00 am Wednesday, October 8, 2025 in the Billings Funeral Home Chapel.
Judy Toney was born on April 6, 1959 in Sewanee, Tennessee. She was the daughter of Lucille and Orphus Garrison. She was united into marriage to Randy Toney on June 18, 2003 and made their home together in Woodward.
Judy loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and dog, Daisy. She was a member of the Woodward Moose Lodge.
Judy is survived by three sons, Will Childers and wife Desarae of Piedmont, Ron Childers and wife Jaymie of Woodward, Richard Childers and Sara Summerall of Woodward; one daughter, April Everhart of Woodward; son in law, Victor Garza; step children, Kylee Woods of Andrews, Texas, Emily Hartwell of Oklahoma City; two brothers, Robert Garrison of Rock Island, Tennessee and Anthony Garrison of Pelham, Tennessee; one sister, Linda Kirby and husband James of McMinnville, Tennessee; 14 grandchildren, Domnic, Eddie and Graison Garza of Woodward, Payten and Remy Childers of Woodward, Kaylee Wasson and husband Kyler, Jacee Childers and Jose Hernandez both of Woodward, Michael Dobson of Stillwater, Karley Childers of Piedmont, Tayla Rogers of South Carolina, Ceara Hunter of Kingfisher, Preslee and Cashton Woods, Calie Jo Wirt of Abilene, Texas; four great grandchildren, Kai, Naomie, Indy and Mason; and many other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband Randy Toney, mother Lucille Garrison and father Orphus Garrison.
