Barbara Vire, 59, of Cabot, Arkansas passed away, surrounded by her loving family and friends, on October 4 , 2025. She was born on January 14, 1966, in Phoenix, Arizona to Raymond Vire and Lela May Vire.
Throughout her life, Barbara was known for being a passionate and dedicated mother, friend and nurse. Friends and family will remember her for having her camera in hand, whether at the baseball field, or hiking to look for waterfalls. Her journey on this earth was marked by love, strength, and resilience. To know Barbara was to love her, she was a light to many.
Barbara is survived by her brother Ronald Vire, her sister Katie Liljeberg [Louis], her son Raymond Young [Josie], her partner Roland Brents, and her dog Max.
She was preceded in death by her father Raymond Vire and her mother Lela May Vire.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday October 10, 2025, 5:00 - 7:00 pm at Smith Sherwood Funeral home. Family and friends are invited to attend and share memories.
The family would like to extend a heartfelt thanks to everyone that stood by her and supported her during her fight.
