Barbara Dell "Bobbie" Wand, a beacon of love and wisdom, passed away on Thursday, January 22, 2026, in Plant City, Florida. Born on August 4, 1939, in Butler County, Kentucky, Bobbie was a cherished daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend.

Bobbie was preceded in death by her parents, Lonnie and Minnie Wilson Moore; her daughter, Donna Renee Denning; her granddaughter, Kaylee Alonna West; and her siblings, L.D. Moore, Jim Moore, Mary Forsythe, and George Moore. Her memory will be forever cherished by her devoted husband of 67 years, Richard T. Wand of Plant City, FL, whom she married on December 18, 1958. Together, they built a life filled with love and laughter.

She leaves behind a legacy through her children, Robert Jeffery Wand (Leslie) of Valrico, FL, and Sherry Dawn Reed (Mike) of Braselton, GA. Her 13 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Bobbie's professional life was marked by her dedication as a Teacher's Aide in Hillsborough County Schools, where she touched the lives of countless students. She was a member of Parkview Baptist Church in Lake City, FL. There, she was not only a member but a vibrant part of the church family, singing in the choir and participating in women's groups. Her interests were a reflection of her nurturing spirit. Bobbie loved to quilt, creating beautiful pieces that warmed the bodies and hearts of those she loved.

Funeral services will be held at the Jones Funeral Chapel Monday, February 2, 2026 at 1:00pm with Bro. Mike Denning officiating. Burial will be in the Hill Haven Memory Gardens, with her family serving as pallbearers. Visitation will be held on Monday from 12:00pm until funeral time at 1:00pm at the Jones Funeral Chapel.
