Barbara Jean Webster, born February 12, 1950, in Battle Creek Michigan, to Orlando Williams and Barbara Evans. She entered into rest on Saturday, June 28, 2025.

Barbara graduated from Battle Creek Central High School. She also obtained her Commercial Driver’s License years later.

Barbara was united in holy matrimony to Tracy Bell on September 4, 2015 and shared over 20 years together. She enjoyed spending time with family, listening to music, playing cards, and she used to love to sew and skate.

Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, Orlando Williams and Barbara Evans; Special Mom, Madeline Franklin; Siblings, Cecilia Diane Holley, Frances Thompkin, Perry Smith, Beatrice Wheeler.

She leaves to cherish her memories husband, Tracy Bell; Children, Joseph Webster, Raymond Webster, Kelly Webster, Elisha Clark; Grandchildren, Shawn Flewellen, Kyree Hollins-Clark, Shelby Jackson, Kellie Webster, Hannah Webster, Shenelle Jackson, Raeven Webster, Jacoby Webster, Myla Mason, Alana Ivey, Josiah Webster; Great grandchildren, Keivon Smith; Siblings, Sandra Smith, Wayne Williams, Frank Thompkin, Roberta Wheeler, Pen Wheeler; and a host of other family and friends.
