Barbara Jane Wetherbee

Barbara Jane Wetherbee, born on June 27, 1936, passed away on April 25, 2024, at the age of 87 in Plymouth, NC. She was a dedicated homemaker who found joy in simple pleasures and cherished moments with her loved ones.
Barbara had a passion for fishing, playing bingo, and watching football, especially cheering on the Eagles. She admired Dolly Parton and enjoyed visiting Dollywood with her family. Known for her homestyle cooking, Barbara's fried chicken, mashed potatoes, and famous spaghetti were always a hit among family and friends. She also loved watching movies on the Hallmark channel and treasured her special dog named Baby. No matter what the day would bring, Barbara would always say "I love you with all my heart."
Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, Harold and Mildred Burdick, her precious grandson Little Carl, and her husbands John Raynor and Ronald Wetherbee. She is survived by her loving children: daughter Brenda Stanley, sons Elwin, Olin, Michael, Johnny, and Donald Raynor, and daughter Barbra Crock. Barbara leaves behind a legacy of 21 grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
