Barry Michael Rutledge

Barry Michael Rutledge, 42, of St. Albans, WV passed away on Sunday February 12, 2023 from a heart attack.
He is preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Wanda Rutledge, and maternal grandparents Elmer "Tug" and Dot Raines.
Barry was a graduate of Hurricane High School Class of 1999 and attended Marshall University.
Barry was an avid woodworker and up until his declining health he loved swimming, bicycling, baseball, and he loved fishing on the Greenbrier River. He also attended First Baptist Church of St. Albans.
Left to cherish his memory are his parents Bruce and Betsy Rutledge; grandfather, Bruce E Rutledge of Dunbar; sisters, Stacy Pridemore (Philip) of Southside, WV, and Julie Anne DeMartino (Sam) of North Port, FL; nephews, Grayson and Cole Pridemore; nieces, Adrianna and Mia DeMartino; his cat, Kirby; and special friends Julie Graham and Chris Jett; and many more family members he loved and cherished.
The Rutledge family would like to extend a special thanks to the many doctors who provided compassionate and loving care to Barry throughout the years.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to First Baptist Church of St. Albans.
A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00pm Friday, February 24, 2023 at the First Baptist Church of St. Albans located at 523 2nd St, St. Albans, WV. Visitation will begin an hour prior.
