Barry was born as Barry Bell to parents: Mother, Patsy Wright and Father, L.D. Bell in Sherman, Texas. Both parents preceded her in death. She was the youngest of 6 children from her mother: Sis. Betty Dean Garner, who preceded her in death; Bro. Charles Finley, who preceded her in death; Bro. Cardis Hoyt Finley, who preceded her in death; Sis. Billie Elaine Tittle, surviving and Bro. Larry Dewayne Bell, surviving.
She also had a brother from her father: John Henry Bell, who preceded her in death.
She graduated from Lincoln High School in 1970. She attended the University of Texas and Mansfield Data Entry School. She was employed at AM Laboratories and Damon Laboratories for many years.
Her legacy is carried on through her two children: daughter, Angela Anderson (52) and son, Stephen Anderson (40). Her three grandchildren: Granddaughter Saniya Anderson (21), Grandsons: Stephen Anderson II (17) & Sage Anderson (6) and her loving pet dog Bre'. A host of family, friends whom she loved and adored.
Barry had a passion for serving the Lord, loving her children, grandchildren, and family. She loved baking cakes, pies and holiday gatherings. She also loved reading romance novels, watching romance movies, and providing advice and help to others. She was a leader, confidant, a spiritual warrior, a best friend, a dedicated mother, sister, aunt, cousin and friend.
