Mr. Barry S. Toney, 59, of Brandon, MS passed from this life Tuesday, July 18, 2023 in Shubuta, MS. He was born in Meridian, MS on Tuesday, May 12, 1964 to the late Ras Lee Toney, Sr. and Lillian Baker "Patsy" Toney. He retired as a Sales Manager at Phillips Petroleum Company. Mr. Toney is preceded in death by his parents, Ras Lee Toney, Sr. and Lillian Baker "Patsy" Toney; brother, Tracy Bradford "Brad" Toney. He is survived by his Lifelong Friend, Dudley Donald (Kaye) of Brandon, MS; brother, Ras Lee "Buddy" Toney (Pat); niece, Brielle Pepper (Brad); great nephew, Finley Ras Pepper, all of Flora, MS. Visitation for Mr. Toney will be held from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Saturday, July 22, 2023 at Freeman Funeral Home, 1305 Skyland Drive, Waynesboro, MS. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, July 22, 2023 at Freeman Funeral Home in Waynesboro, MS with Rev. Pamela Bruns officiating. Interment will be in Toney Family Cemetery in Shubuta, MS. Pallbearers are Anthony Cran, Martin Jenkins, Robin Fant, Jeff Breeze, Tripp Donald, Kade Donald, Bob Farley, and Dudley Donald. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Grace Bible Church in Dallas, TX.
