William (Bavis) Moser, age 74, passed away peacefully November 5, 2025 at home surrounded by his family. He was born November 7th, 1950 to J.W. and Fay Moser. Bavis was a veteran of the U.S. Army and served bravely in the Vietnam War. He was an artist, brick mason, musician, gardener and visionary. He created a very beautiful and tropical paradise surrounding his home that everyone enjoyed. Most of all, he loved his Heavenly Father and his family dearly. Preceded in death by parents, J.W. & Fay Moser; grandson, Justin Sewell; brother-in-law Nerle Vickers.
Survivors: daughter, Michelle Moser; bonus daughters, Trudy Whiteaker and Lisa (Phillip) Samples; great grandchildren, Aria, Khloe, Donavan and Scarlett; bonus grandsons, Johnny, Allan, Billy, Landon & Colin; sisters, Paige Vickers, Angela (James) Ogle, Janiece (Calvin) Torbett, Beth (Brian) Harrell, Amy (Darell) Torbett; brothers, Phillip (Sabrina) Moser, John Moser, Peter (Scarlett) Moser; bonus brothers & sister, Bill Stodder, Jim Stodder & Rusty Cole; special nephew, Isaac Moser and a host of nieces, nephews, friends and family.
Graveside service with Military Honors 12:30 P.M. Tuesday, November 18, 2025, East Tennessee Veterans Cemetery, Rev. Pete Moser officiating. Arrangements by Biereley-Hale Funeral Home, Madisonville.
