Beulah Hillyer (Bea to everyone who knew and loved her) walked into heaven on Tuesday August 26, 2025. Bea was born in Philippi, WV on November 6, 1936, to Castle and Rue Stead. Bea is survived by her children: Michele (Kevin) Koontz of Louisville, OH; Doug (Brenda) Martin of Louisville, OH; Cheryl Meadows of Cottle, WV; Mark Hillyer of Torrance, CA; Jeff (Kathy) Hillyer of Girard, OH; Thomas Hillyer Jr. of Sacramento, CA.

Nana to: Corey (Asia) Rader, Kayla (Christopher) Hollinger, Amanda (A.J.) Watson, Freddie (Joy) Meadows, Matthew (Kelly) Meadows, Leah Hillyer, Sean (Kat) Hillyer, Brendan Hillyer, and Gage Martin. Ten great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren. Bea is also survived by a sister, Vivian Derlich and a brother, Larry (Butch) Stead.

Bea was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas J Hillyer and her daughter, Deborah Rader.

Bea was a resident of Stone Creek in Alliance, OH where she was lovingly tended to by her special angels Tawni and Kristina and the Absolute Hospice staff.

A celebration of her life will be on Saturday, August 30, 2025, at the Paquelet-Falk Funeral Home in Louisville, Ohio. Calling hours will be at 4:00pm with the service to begin at 5:00pm.
