Bebe L. Moyer, 91, of Fountain Hill, PA died peacefully surrounded by loved ones in the home of her son and daughter-in-law, Leslie D. and Donna Houck of Fountain Hill on Thursday, July 17, 2025. She was the widow of Richard H. Moyer who died July 3, 2004. Born in Ephrata, PA, Bebe was the daughter of the late Vernon and Maude Ruth (Miley) Schaefer. After graduation from high school in Lancaster County, Pa, she started her career. Bebe was a bookkeeper for the former Rambles Jewelry Store for several years. She went onto working in the mortgage lending department of Keystone Savings and Loan for over 10 years before retiring in 1999. She was a faithful member of Faith United Church of Christ, Center Valley, PA, where she served dutifully as treasurer for 2 terms that covered 6 years. She was an avid reader. Bebe also was a good cook. She shared some family recipes with her daughter-in-law, Donna who has shared them with her daughters. Bebe was a devoted wife and mother and she cherished her granddaughters and great grandchildren.
Survivors: Sons, Leslie D. Houck and his wife Donna of Fountain Hill, Terry B. Houck of Little Rock, AR; stepchildren, Kathleen Huston, Richard P. Moyer and his wife Suzanne of NC; grandchildren, Andrea Argentieri and her husband Frank of Emmaus, PA, Rebecca Houck of Fountain Hill; great grandchildren, Samuel, Nina, Olivia, Frank Jr., Ezekiel and Vincent. She was predeceased by her son, James Michael Houck and her daughter-in-law, Kate Houck.
Service: Memorial Service 7:00PM Thursday, July 24, 2025 at Cantelmi Funeral Home, 1311 Broadway, Fountain Hill. Family and friends may call from 6:00PM to 7:00PM Thursday, July 24, 2025 at the funeral home. Interment will be private. Please record a memory at www.cantelmifuneralhome.com.
