Becky Striblin Kemble

Becky Striblin Kemble, age 63 of Silver Creek, Georgia, passed away on November 8, 2025.
Born on February 22, 1962, Becky was the daughter of the late Leamon Collins Holt and Mary Emma Holt. In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by her husband Cary Striblin and her brother, Teddy Holt.
Becky lived her life guided by the simple yet powerful principle of giving. She would have given you the shirt off her back without hesitation and often opened her home - and her heart - to anyone in need. Whether it was a child seeking comfort, a friend who had fallen on hard times, or a stranger needing a place to stay, Becky's door was always open.
A tireless advocate for children, Becky was a founding member of Beating the Drums for Justice for Our Children, where she fought fiercely for the safety, rights, and voices of the most vulnerable. Her belief that every child deserves love, and protection was the driving force behind much of her life's work.
Becky also cherished her extended Facebook family, finding joy and connection in sharing her thoughts, laughter, and encouragement with friends near and far.
Her beloved dog, Daisy, held a very special place in her heart. The two were inseparable companions, and Daisy brought Becky endless comfort and joy.
Above all, Becky was a woman of deep faith. A devoted believer in Jesus Christ, she lived out her faith through action, love, generosity, and unwavering belief in the goodness of people. Her soul was pure, her heart enormous, and her legacy one of compassion and kindness.
Those left behind to honor Becky's memory are her beloved children, James Holt (Jennifer), Misty Goedert (Greg), and David Striblin (Kimberly); her grandchildren, Allen Shields, Evan Holt, Liam Holt, Logan Davis, Carson Davis, Connor Davis, Collin Camp, Cary "David" Striblin, and Emma Striblin; her great-grandchild, Sky Shields; her siblings, Bonnie Atchley (Glen), Donnie Holt (Rachel), and Ronnie Holt; and her surrogate father, Ralph Teal.
Becky's family will be honoring her life privately.
