He is survived by his Father Ben Spickard of Bowling Green. One son, Ben Shane Spickard wife Katie. Grandchildren, Winslow, and Cedar of Bowling Green and his best friend of 38+ years, Angie Welch Spickard.
A Celebration of Life will be held later. Arrangements have been entrusted to J.C. Kirby & Son Lovers Lane Chapel.
