I will always remember Benji as one of the sweetest and greatest coworkers ever. Before he left Modesto Olive Garden, I trained him on running food and how to expo. He didn´t even need any training cuz he knew what he was doing, and that´s one of the things that I liked about him. He always had the best suggestions on where to eat at in Modesto, we would always laugh together because he has the same name as our GM and it´s funny when we call one of them, he was always there to help everyone out, and not once in my life have I ever seen him upset about a guest at work. He would always talk about what he did over the weekend or on his day off with his wife and family, and lastly, he would talk about his goals in becoming a manager one day at Olive Garden. I´ve always believed the dream of becoming a manager at Olive Garden will come true for him, because I could see him managing Olive Garden. He was such a sweetheart, and one thing he taught me was to be there for everyone and to keep smiling.

You know, I learned a lot from Bo. From his college years to his lovely wife and to his ancestors being traced to a ship from centuries ago. I will say Bo is one of the most knowledgeable people I´ve ever met. The amount of history he knew was actually impressive and once he started rolling on the topic of history he could not stop...he would take off. It was truly amazing to hear about things in history that I didn´t even hear in college! But I will say something else Bo truly taught me and many others was even in the toughest of times... to smile and have some levity because life happens.

Bo not only was hardworking and smart but an amazing person to be around. He was always willing to help anyone around him, and used his voice for those who couldn´t. With 10/10 food recommendations and plenty of jokes to simply create a smile, he will for sure be missed :( Sending lots of love and prayers to his family during this difficult time.
RIP Bo, your legacy will continue to shine

Something´s that memorable about Bo was his smile, laugh, and attitude. My friend Bo always had the biggest smile, even when we had had some guests at our serving job that weren´t the easiest to deal with Bo never once let that drag him down. With such a positive attitude about nearly everything it is truly inspirational how someone can have a toughest of days and still flash a smile and say " that wasn´t that bad" or " it could´ve been worse" Truly it was a blessing to have met such a wonderful person and how much he created such a fun atmosphere.

To any one visiting this page this is Bo. He was the most amazing husband. He was so kind and caring. He was the most loyal friend who always encouraged others to be happy. He loves music and was a very talented musician. This was one of his favorite pictures I ever took of him. Please live in his honor. Bo once watched a Bollywood movie called Tum Bin and one of the songs he loved most had a lyric that said, "I will love you until I live" and I would love any and all who loved Bo to follow that and love life until you truly live. I was incredibly blessed and lucky he chose me as his wife and life partner. He was my best friend and I promise to keep his legacy alive. Rest well my King. You were more loved and saved more lives than you will ever know.
