He preceded in death by his Parents: Alfredo and Isabelita Tapia, Infant child: Mary Madalyn, Brothers: Fermino, Pete, and Nick Tapia, Stepson: Chris Archuleta, Brother-in-laws: Leroy and Frank Ortiz, Sister-in-law: Loren Tapia, Nephews: Gabriel Tapia, Manuel Tapia, Patrick Ortiz, Jayden Martin, and Eric Tapia.
He is survived by his sons: Emmanuel (Carmella), Jonathon (Beverly), Stepdaughter: Angela Martinez (Juan), Grandchildren: Destiny, Emmanuel, Elias, Emma, and Ezra.
Brothers and Sisters: Vicente (Ella) Tapia, Mike (Barbara)Tapia, Fred (Ramona) Tapia, Santos (Helen) Tapia, Jimmy (Georgia) Tapia, Leroy (Rose) Tapia, Genoveva (Jean) Ortiz, Virginia Ortiz, Twin Sister Antonia (Gilly) Encinias, Annabelle (Steve) Gallegos, and Sister-in-law Anita Tapia. Numerous: God children, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
Services for Benny will be held Friday, February 24, 2023, beginning with a Rosary at 10:00 am at Mt Carmel Church in Moriarty, NM with the Funeral mass immediately following. A meal will be shared after mass at the Mt. Carmel Parish Hall and then followed by a procession to the burial which will be held at Mesa de Los Cabos, Tapia, NM.
