Bernice A Palmer

Bernice A. Palmer, 93, of Mine Hill, passed away at home on November 9, 2025. Growing up in Dover, New Jersey, Bernice stayed local to the area throughout high school and her career. After graduating from high school, she went on to work in Wharton as a Secretary for Picatinny Arsenal for 30 years.
Bernice had immense pride in her home, and most importantly her family. She could always be found tidying up and taking care of things around the house. She also enjoyed her "word search" puzzle books and relaxing with her favorite treat, chocolate ice cream.
She is predeceased by her loving husband of 63 years, Frederick D. Palmer. She is also predeceased by her brothers, Charles and Bill, and her sister, Marion. Bernice is survived by her two children: her daughter Deborah Beyer and husband Raymond, and her son Frederick Palmer and his wife Susan. She is also survived by her three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren: Rebecca and her fiancé Brendan; Tyler and his wife Laina, their sons, Grant and Dean; Carly and her husband Alex.
A Visitation will be held on Friday, November 14, 2025, from 4:00-8:00PM located at Tuttle Funeral Home. A Funeral Service will take place on Saturday, November 15, to begin 10:00AM at Tuttle Funeral Home, 272 Route 10, Randolph, NJ. Entombment will follow at Locust Hill Mausoleum.
