Bernice Shandy Obituary
Bernice was born in Tacoma, WA to Elsie Brock and Paul Frasl on October 21st, 1976. She was raised in Eugene by her mother Elsie and her stepfather John, who she would later name her son after.
Bernice was a beautiful, free spirit who lived to help everyone she crossed paths with. She had an infectious smile, and love to laugh. Always making the best of every situation.
Bernice will be greatly missed by countless people who will never forget the all of the love and kindness she showed everyone around her. She is survived by her two children John Brock age 31 and her daughter Samantha Brock age 28 as well as everyone whose hearts she touched. Rest in love momma.
