Surviving are her children: Patricia De Armas, wife of Gustavo, Steven Foster, husband of Ann, and Susan Keller, wife of Rickey; 12 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren, and she was survived by many nieces and nephews. Bessie was predeceased by her husband John, along with her siblings: Placido Picone, Phyllis Drogo, Theresa Eck, and Francis Remaly.

Sorry to realize the passing of Mrs. Bessie Foster , Steve Family and Friends may she sleep in the Arms of her Lord, my Best neighbors whom visited when I returned home after Cervical Spine Fussion Surgery. She has been reunited with her Husband and those whom proceeded, My Friend you are forever. Love
