Beth Ann Adaway

Sunday, February 22, 1953 – Friday, January 23, 2026

Beth Ann Adaway, age 72, of Alamo, Georgia, a cherished soul known for her kindness and gentle spirit, passed away peacefully on January 23, 2026, at Memorial Hospital in Savannah, Georgia. She was born on February 22, 1953, in Dublin, Georgia to the late Joe White and Easter Cooper White.

A funeral service will be held at the Chapel of Lowes Funeral Home on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. with Reverend Scott Davidson officiating. Interment will be held at Alamo City Cemetery. Visitation with friends will be at the Chapel from 10:00 A.M. - 11:00 A.M., one hour prior to the service.

Beth is survived by her beloved aunt, Margaret Coleman of Laurens County, who fondly recalls Beth's unwavering support and love and Beth's special friends, Penny and Ray White of Alamo, who will forever cherish the countless memories they created together.

Professionally, Beth's journey was marked by her time at Oxford Industries and Flash Foods. However, Beth's true vocation was that of a homemaker, a role she embraced with passion and grace. Her home was a place of comfort and joy, a place where friends and family were always welcomed with open arms and a warm smile.

Beth developed a passion for country music and learned to play the guitar-a talent that brought joy to many throughout her life. Her love for music was only matched by her dedication to her family and friends, who remember her as a beacon of kindness and warmth. Beth was a member of Church of the Lord Jesus Christ in Cedar Grove.

As we bid farewell to Beth Ann Adaway, we celebrate the harmony she brought to our lives. Her story is one of love, friendship, and the quiet impact of a kind soul on the world.
