Beth Weisenberger born May 26, 1945 in Chicago, passed away peacefully on July 16, 2025. She is survived by her beloved son, Jonathan, sisters Kathleen Wolfe and Rosemary Dietschweiler, granddaughter Mercy, cousins, nieces, nephews and close friends.
Beth was preceded in death by her husband David Weisenberger, son William John (Willy) Ettien, her parents Kenneth Lindemann and Elaine (Peggy) Mooth, step father Robert Benson, her brother Bill Lindemann , sister-in-law Barbara Lindemann, sister Dorothy Lovely and brother-in-law Ben Wolfe.
Beth spent most of her life in the Lockport - Homer Township area, Crest Hill, Joliet, eventually settling in Marion, Illinois after retirement.
She worked several jobs that involved service to others as team leader, manager and paraprofessional in special needs classrooms. She loved to share stories of her “kids”. She had a great love for animals large and small. She adored the horse she grew up with and had into her adult years. She surrounded herself with cats, dogs, chicken, ducks and goats. Animals were one of her passions. Her other great passions included cooking, baking and her "green thumb". She spent countless hours in her kitchen and garden. Those who knew her well realized she had an uncanny wit to be reckoned with.
A private service will be held for family and friends.
