Betty Ruth "Tootsie" Elstrott entered peacefully into Heaven on Friday, September 13, 2024. Devoted wife of the late Burnell Elstrott; loving mother of Sheila E. Dupuy (Gary Millet), Blaine S. Elstrott Sr. (Janice), Peggy E. Goetz (Val); proud Grandmother of 8; Great Grandmother of 19; and Great-Great Grandmother of 4; Daughter of the late Grace Acosta Vitrano and the late Louis Vitrano; Sister of the late Anthony Vitrano, the late Anna Mae Vitrano Friloux, and the late Leon Vitrano.
Betty was 94 years old and a resident of Ponchatoula, Louisiana. She enjoyed spending time with her family, cooking, going to the casino, playing cards, and enjoying life.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Service on Monday, September 16, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at Garden of Memories Funeral Home, 4900 Airline Drive in Metairie, LA.
