It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Betty Grace Ford, who peacefully passed away on August 13th, 2025, at the age of 90 with her son by her side. She was a cherished mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, whose warmth, love, and vibrant spirit touched the lives of all who knew her. Betty was born November 25th, 1934, in Rome, Georgia, to Lona Lithonia Sullivan. They later moved to Ohio where Betty married William "Lucky" Ford and worked 35 hard years at Columbia Gas. She was a devoted mother to Lonette (Skip) and Greg Sr. (Maria) who gave her 11 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. She leaves behind her older sister, Thelma Candler, and many nieces and nephews. She cherished her family above all else, always putting other's needs first. She will be deeply missed by her loving family and friends. Her memory will live on in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know her.
