Betty is preceded in death by the love of her life, James Hutchens; daughters Linda Barrington and Rebecca Searcey; many brothers and sisters; son-in-law Ronald Felty.
Betty enjoyed being active in many community organizations. Most importantly, she was the matriarch and glue to her family. Betty will be dearly missed by all.
Family will receive friends on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, at Waite Funeral Home in Medina from 4-8pm. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 23, 2025, at the funeral home at 11am. Online condolences and memories may be shared at www.waitefuneralhome.com.
