Betty Lee Neeper, 96, of Noblesville, passed away on Thursday, March 27, 2025 at Copper Trace in Westfield. She was born on January 29, 1929 to James and Lottie (Stephenson) Babcock in Flint, Michigan.

She is survived by her son, Stephen (Linda) Neeper; daughter, Jeanine (Paul) Uglum; son-in-law, Jay Atchinson; 8 grandchildren, Brian, Kristen, Jayson, Aaron, Alana, James, Sarah, and Jonathan; 15 great-grandchildren, Aiden, Ella, Kyle, Olivia, Holden, Tyler, Ava, Elizabeth, Mackenzie, Jonah, Gabriella, Hugo, Natalia, Mary, and Locklyn; and her niece, Mary Lyn (Paul) Daigle.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Richard Neeper; and her daughter, Kenalee Atchinson.

A family celebration of life will be held this summer.
