Betty Ann Samuel

Betty Ann (Williams) Samuel, 70 of Bristol, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 1, 2025, surrounded by the love of her family.
Betty Ann was born on July 15, 1955 and raised in New Britain, the daughter of the late Harold and Lena (Bocompani) Williams. She was the loving wife of Albert Samuel, with whom she shared 50 years of marriage.
Betty's life was defined by her compassion, generosity, and devotion to those around her. After completing her education, she dedicated over 20 years of her life to caring for others at Parkhill Manor Assisted Living.
Betty's family was the heart of her world, and she devoted her life to making sure they were happy, healthy and surrounded by love. She found joy in caring for others and comfort in the simple act of sharing a meal. Her famous stuffing and apple turnovers became more than just recipes, they were traditions filled with warmth, laughter, and love. Though she will be missed beyond words, Betty's gentle spirit, kindness and the love she shared will forever be a light in the lives of all who knew her.
In addition to her husband Albert, she leaves behind her siblings Patricia (Tony) Rivera, Harold and Maryann Williams; her children Justin Williams, Jabbar (Diana) Samuel, Frank (Michelle) Samuel and Daina Samuel; her Grandchildren Desirae, Tydell, Deja Ontavia and Damani Samuel and Nayalece Williams along with two Great Grandsons Kaiden and Grayson.
