Betty Mae Suarez, 80, of Colorado Springs, CO passed away peacefully in her home on September 28th, 2025.
Betty was born on April 23rd, 1945 in Colorado Springs, CO where she was a lifelong resident. Betty was the daughter of Estella Cordova and Nicolas Suarez.
Betty retired after employment with Hewlett-Packard and King Soopers.
Betty enjoyed being outdoors, walking through the Garden of the Gods, and spending quality time with family. Betty believed in living a life of enjoyment. Betty was extremely proud of her Native American heritage.
Remaining to cherish Betty's memory are life partner of 28 years Larry Kerby, daughter Jill Suarez-Flynn, grandchildren Veila Rodriguez, Cecile Leora, Matthew (Kayla) Suarez, Isaiah Travis and Elijah Travis, great grandchildren Xavier Rodriguez, Mariah Soliz, Cipriano Soliz, and numerous cousins, extended family and friends.
Preceding Betty in death are mother Estella Alridge, sister Rosemary Cordova-Suarez, daughter Lisa Rodriguez and grandson Aaron Suarez.
