Beverley Moore Linardos

1940 - 2023

LINARDOS, Beverley Moore, born on October 12, 1940, age 82, was called to be with her heavenly Father on Monday, March 27, 2023. Beverley passed away peacefully at Beth Sholom Gardens with loved ones by her side. Beverley's biggest light in her life was meeting her great-grandchild, Stacie. She was able to be with Stacie on the day she transitioned. Beverley was preceded in death by her parents, William Moore and Anna Bales Moore and her dedicated husband of 59 years, Gus. Beverley is survived by her son, Stephen Linardos; daughters, Stephanie Hicks and Kristine Ahladas; five grandsons, John, Matthew, Bryan, Eric and Anders; one granddaughter, Ava; and one great-granddaughter, Stacie. Beverley was a loving wife, mother and Yia Yia.

Beverley had a condition called Lymphedema that caused her pain and limited mobility for years. She handled it with grace and dignity but was ready to be called to Heaven where she is now dancing with the Angels. One thing she was very passionate about is education about this debilitating and under diagnosed condition. Visitation will be held on Monday, April 3, from 5 to 7 p.m. at Bliley's 3801 Augusta Ave., Richmond, Va. 23230 and her funeral will be held on Tuesday, April 4, 2 p.m. at Westhampton Cemetery, 1000 Patterson Ave., Richmond, Va. 23238, at the Mausoleum.
