Beverly Baxter Obituary
Beverly Ann (Spaulding) Baxter, age 80, of Troy, PA, passed away on May 15, 2024, at Bradford Hills Manor. She was born on February 5, 1944, in Cranesville, PA, and was the daughter of the late Velma (Shultz) and Oliver P. Spaulding.
Beverly was a graduate ofNorthwestern High School, class of 1961, and Edinboro University, class of 1965 with a degree in Mathmatics Education. She dedicated her life to teaching children, serving as a School Teacher for the Troy Area School District for over three decades before retiring in 1998. Her passion for teaching touched the lives of countless students.
In her free time, Beverly enjoyed reading, spending quality time with her family, and was a wonderful quilter. She was a devoted wife of 57 years to Almon Randall Baxter, a loving mother to her daughter Jackie (William) Stalter of Camp Hill, PA, and a proud grandmother to Cathrine and Madelyn Stalter. Beverly will be dearly missed by her family and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents and brother Jack Spaulding.
Services will be private and at the convenience of Beverly's family with burial taking place in the Granville Center Cemetery. The Gerald W. Vickery, Jr., Funeral and Cremation Services, Inc. 1093 West Main St., Troy, PA, has been entrusted with arrangements.
