Beverly Beauchamp Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by McKevitt-Patrick Funeral Home - Ironwood on Jan. 15, 2026.
Beverly "Bev" Ann (Savant) Beauchamp, age 88, our beloved mother and grandmother, peacefully went home to be with the Lord on Monday, January 12, 2026, at her home in Anoka, Minnesota.

Bev was born on September 9, 1937, in Hurley, Wisconsin, to the late James "Jim" and Lena (Piazza) Savant. She attended grade school at St. Mary's in Hurley and graduated in 1955 from J.E. Murphy High School. On July 12, 1958, she married Francis Eugene Beauchamp. The family moved to Whitehall, Wisconsin, in 1982, where Bev worked as an Insurance Agent at The Insurance Center before retiring in 2001 and moving to Anoka, Minnesota.

Bev cherished her annual trips to Door County, Wisconsin, and loved to travel and cruise all around the world with her children. She was most proud of her grandchildren and never missed a birthday, a graduation, or a reason to celebrate with them. At home, she loved spending time with her beloved Beagle pups and was a devoted homemaker who loved cooking huge Italian meals and baking many tasty desserts. Bev's legacy of resilience, generosity of spirit, love, and her unwavering faith will be carried on by all those who were blessed to know her.

In addition to her parents, Bev is preceded in death by her husband of 25 years, Francis, her son David, and her sister Violet. Bev is survived by her sons Daniel and Darrell (Cindy), daughter Diane, and grandchildren John, Mary, and Anna. She is also survived by her brothers-in-law, Lawrence (Jo), Clarence (Mary Lou), and John (Mary Anne), as well as her sister-in-law, Mary Ann (Richard). Bev will be missed dearly by countless extended family members and friends.

A visitation will be held at 10:00 a.m., followed by a funeral mass celebrating Bev's life at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Hurley, Wisconsin. A graveside burial service will be held at a later date at St. Mary's Cemetery in Hurley.

In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully asks that memorial contributions in Bev's name can be made to A Breath of Hope Lung Cancer Foundation of Bloomington, MN.
