Beverly Brennan

Beverly (Capwell) Brennan, 73, of Ocala, FL passed away Sunday, October 1, 2023. She was the wife of the late John Brennan for 42 years. We feel she will find peace after suffering the recent loss of her grandson John Thompson-Brennan of Raleigh, NC.
Born April 24th, 1950, in West Warwick Rhode Island, she was the daughter of the late Thelma Capwell and Arthur Brayman. Beverly was a long-time bus driver for Laidlaw of Exeter, Rhode Island before retiring to Ocala FL for the Winters and returning to Rhode Island in the summers to visit her family.
She was the loving mother of Barbara (Brennan) Eldred and John Brennan of North Kingstown; grandmother of Kyle and Lydia Eldred of North Kingstown, Leah, the late John, Emma and James Thompson-Brennan of Raleigh, NC. She is survived by her loving companion of 9 years Frank Spencer of Ocala, FL.
She is survived by her siblings Betty (Capwell) Thayer of Exeter, RI, Arthur (Sonny) Brayman of Exeter, RI, Alice (Capwell) Morgan of Coventry, RI, Lloyd Capwell of Coventry, RI.
She was the loving sister of the late Louise (Capwell) Zampini, the late Gloria (Capwell) Waterman, the late Patricia Capwell, the late Robert Capwell, and the late John Capwell.
Visitation will be held Friday, Oct. 13, from 9am until 10am in the "WOODLAWN" Funeral Home, 600 Pontiac Ave., Cranston. Burial will follow at the Rhode Island Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Exeter. Relatives and friends are invited to attend.
