Beverly Jean Edwards, 83, passed away January 23, 2025. She was born on March 30, 1941, in Bedford, OH to the late Edward and Mary Miller. She resided in Cuyahoga Falls since 1964 and retired from the city of Cuyahoga Falls, where she worked in Utility Billing, after 25 years of service. She was a longtime member of Bethany United Church of Christ. Above all, Beverly is remembered for loving generously and her unwavering dedication to her family and community.
Beverly loved spending her time doing word search books, watching baseball, football, and tracking her grandsons’ whereabouts using Find My Friends app. Most of all she loved spending time with her family, especially her grandsons.
Besides her parents, Beverly, is preceded in death by her son, Jerrold Edwards; she is survived by her sons, Charles (Karla) and Gregory; grandsons, Matthew and Spencer; sisters, Carleen (Roy) Gleason, Suzanne Shore and Katherine Starcher and many nieces and nephews.
Beverly will be deeply missed but forever celebrated by all whose lives she touched.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 31st from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm at Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home, 1930 Front St Cuyahoga Falls OH 44221. A celebration of life will be held at 10:30 am on Saturday, February 1st at the funeral home, Pastor Kim Mislin Cran officiating. The burial will be held at Northlawn Cemetery in Cuyahoga Falls.
In lieu of other remembrances, donations may be made to Cuyahoga Falls, Good Neighbors, 1742 2nd St, Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221.
