Beverly Sue (Smith) Glentzer, 83, of Franklin, Indiana passed away January 22, 2024.
She was born on January 24, 1940, to the late Melvin and Helen (Elkins) Smith in Shelbyville, Indiana.
Beverly lost the love of her life 6 years and 1 day ago. Together she and Lewis loved to square dance. She made both of their outfits for the occasion. They were top of the line costumes. She was a noticeably quiet and refined lady, but the minute you put an adventure in front of her she was ready to go. Such adventures included tent camping, zip lining in her late 70's, horseback riding, ATV off road, and motorcycles. She was an amazing cook, her dinner table looked like something you see in a magazine. She also loved her little dog "Precious" who was her companion since she lost her husband Lewis.
Beverly is survived by her siblings, Sandra Black (Keith), Barbara Burdine (Mike), Joyce Lowes, Marvin Smith (Karen), Connie Ament, niece and nephews, Kevin Baxter, Rick Glidden, Christopher Glidden, Jeff Lowes, Shari Lowes, Matt Smith, Tyler Smith, Dan Venrick, and Joshua Shaffer.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Lewis Glentzer; parents, Melvin, and Helen Smith; and brother-in-law, Doug Lowes.
Private family burial.
