Beverly "Bev" Kloskowski

Bev Kloskowski, age 63, passed away Friday, September 22, 2023, at her home. Bev was born on August 6, 1960, in New Richmond, WI to Fritz and Doris Osborne.
Bev grew up on a farm and attended New Richmond High. She went on to Northwood Technical College and graduated with a degree in Secretarial of Science. On August 25, 1979, Bev and Bernie Kloskowski were married in New Richmond, WI. After moving several times, they settled in Wisconsin Rapids, WI. Bev devoted love and energy to her family. Her dedication to her children, Matt and Tim, was unmatched.
After being a nurturing mom and homemaker, Bev attended Mid-State Technical College in Wisconsin Rapids. She graduated with honors, valedictorian, and gold cord with a degree in accounting. Bev was active in the community volunteering in Big Brother Big Sisters Program and Wood County Master Gardener. Bev took her love of gardening further and became a master gardener. Bev worked at the D.M.V., North Central Community Action, and C.A.P. Services. She retired and enjoyed traveling with Bernie.
Bev and Bernie became snowbirds (didn't like the cold!). She loved being at her happy place in Florida, enjoying the warm weather and walks on the beach. Bev often worked on stain glass projects. Most of all, her favorite thing was being surrounded by her loving family and friends.
Bev is survived by her husband, Bernie Kloskowski; sons, Matt (Erin) Kloskowski, Tim Kloskowski; grandchildren, Gavin Berens, Malina Kloskowski, Theodore Kloskowski, Elijah Kloskowski; brother, Ronald (Janet) Osborne; sisters, Mary (Gary) Johnson, Karen Klescewski, Marlene (Douglas) Schmidt, Noreen (David) Briese, Sherry (Bill) Mercer; sister-in-law, Patricia Kloskowski; little sister, Sherrie Fuentes and many nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents; brothers, James, David, Michael, Frances Osborne; sister, Diane Fletch; brother-in-law, Jerry Kloskowski; sister-in-law, Kathleen Young, and in-laws, Phil and Kathryn Kloskowski.

A celebration of life will be held at 1377 Okray Drive Stevens Point, WI 54481 on Saturday, October 21, 2023, from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. Another celebration of life will be held at Butler Harmon American Legion, 1260 Wall St. New Richmond, WI 54017, on Saturday, October 28, 2023, from 1 p.m. until 4 p.m.
