Our beloved Mother, Beverly Kay Martin 75, peacefully passed away in Sanger TX on Thursday May 17th, 2024. Beverly was born in Lubbock TX on March 23, 1949, to Samuel and Agnes Aulds of Denver City TX. Beverly married Roy Gene Martin on September 29, 1966, in Denver City TX and they had three children.
Beverly was proceeded in death by her parents Samuel and Agnes Aulds of Denver City TX, her husband Roy Gene Martin of Odessa TX, her son James Winfred Martin of Monahans TX, her brother Gerald Wayne Aulds of Andrews TX, her brother and sister in law Billy Earl and Suzanne Aulds of Corsicana TX, her Father and Mother in law Buford and Mary Martin of Kermit TX, and her Brother in law JD Jackson of Borger TX
She is survived by her Daughter Karrie Ann Bruton and husband Bobby Sam Bruton of Hobbs NM, and her Daughter Sherrie Kay Morris and husband Timothy Wayne Morris of Sanger TX. and her daughter in law Cristal Dawn Martin of Monahans TX. Her sister in law Marie Aulds of Lubbock TX, Brother in law Ronald Martin and wife Beverly F. Martin of Hobbs, Sister in law Barbara Woods and husband Dale Woods of Hobbs NM, Brother in law Gary Martin and wife Kaye Martin of Celina tx, Brother in law Rodney Martin and wife Linda Martin of Denison TX., Brother in law Edgar Martin and wife Edie Martin of Amarillo TX., her brother in law Danny Martin and wife Thresa Martin of Harlingen TX, and sister in law Brenda Jackson of Borger TX.
Her grandchildren Trey and Tonya, Amanda and Ned, Angela and Travis, Samantha and Brett, Haylie, and Hadley. Her Great grandchildren Cutter, Chadwick, Brantley, Ella, Freya, Kenneth, Travis, Alyssa, Nevaeh, JD, Tacie, and Addison. Many nieces and nephews.
Beverly proudly dedicated 24 and 1/2 years of service to Walmart where she worked in the jewelry department and was very passionate about jewelry and meeting all the people at both Hobbs NM and Odessa TX stores.
Visitation has been set for Tuesday May 21, 2024, from 1PM-9PM at Martinez Funeral Home chapel.
Funeral services are set for 10AM Wednesday May 22, 2024, at Martinez Funeral Home chapel with Pastor / Nephew Ronnie Martin officiating.
Burial will follow at Ector County Cemetery ~Rosehill Section.
She loved her family with all her heart. She was such a wonderful person with the best personality and everybody loved her. She will be greatly missed!
