Beverly McKinnon Obituary
Beverly was born June 30, 1935, in Sault Ste Marie, Michigan, to the late Willard and Bernice (Burdick) Bennett. She married Archie McKinnon on July 19, 1952. Beverly worked for AC Sparkplug for 24 years, retiring in 1991. A woman of many joys, Beverly found happiness in her beloved garden and surrounded herself with the beauty of flowers. In her quiet moments, she could often be found engrossed in a good book or skillfully crocheting, creating warmth and comfort for those she loved. Beverly was renowned for her incredible cooking, often filling her home with the delightful aromas of her culinary creations. However, above all else, Beverly's greatest joy was her family, and her grandchildren were her pride and joy, and she embraced every opportunity to create lasting memories with them.
Surviving are: Children: Shannon Butterworth of Clio, Daniel Willard McKinnon of Houghton Lake; Daughter-In-Laws: Betty VanOcten, Sally Lough, and Marie McKinnon-Whitt; Grandchildren: Patrick McKinnon, Timothy (Kristen) Butterworth, Scott (Malinda) Butterworth, Nathan (Carrie) McKinnon, Jennifer (Josh) Chambers, Christopher McKinnon, Mandra (Allen) McKinnon, Ben (Kristin) McKinnon, Rachelle (Ed) Bradley, Andrea(Brian) Trimarchi, Christina (Scott) Peterson, Lisa (Drew) Johnson, Shannon (Dillion) Herr, A.C. McKinnon-Whitt; Several great grandchildren: Brother, Leslie (Cheryl) Bennett; Sisters: Marie (David) Lukonen, Sheila Sutton, Patricia Dimond. She is preceded in passing by her husband, Archie McKinnon; Sons: Patrick McKinnon, Kevin McKinnon, Matthew McKinnon; Daughter, Kelly Helmboldt; Brothers: Wesley and Joseph Bennett; Nephew, Leslie Willard Bennett; Dear Friend, Jenny Nestor.
