Beverly Ann Styers Mullikin, 79, of Byhalia, MS, passed away Monday, November 21, 2022. The family will receive friends on Friday, November 25, 2022 from 12:00 pm until 1:00 pm with the service to follow at 1:00 pm at Coleman Funeral Home (6815 Parkview Blvd., Olive Branch, MS). The graveside will be at 3:00 pm at Memphis Memorial Gardens (3700 N Germantown Pkwy, Bartlett, TN). Rev. Jack Moore and Dr. Jeff James of First Baptist Fisherville will officiate.
Beverly was born March 13, 1943, in Memphis, TN. She was a member of First Baptist Fisherville. Beverly loved her life as a homemaker and worked hard to support her family. She loved to travel, especially to the 'Smokies. She often would travel with her husband, Wilson, on the Harley that they had for ten years. Beverly loved flowers and kept a beautiful flowerbed. In her free time, Beverly watched HGTV and would often try to replicate what she saw. Most of all, Beverly loved her family. She had three children with the love of her life, Wilson, with whom she was married to for sixty-one years. Beverly will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
Beverly is survived by her husband, Wilson Marvin Mullikin of Byhalia; daughter, Kristin Bourgeois (Troy) of Olive Branch, MS; sons, Scott Mullikin (Jerry) of San Luis Obispo, CA, Jason Ian Mullikin of Byhalia; sister, Donna Melton of Olive Branch; brother, Perry Richard Barnes (Becky) of Olive Branch; and granddaughter, Sarah Guyer of Olive Branch.
Beverly was preceded in death by her mother, Dorothy Louise Rutledge Barnes; father, Robert Louis Styers; brother, Johnny Elbert Barnes, Jr.; and step-father, Johnny Elbert Barnes, Sr.
