Beverly Ruth Riffe, age 83, of Florence, Kentucky, passed away peacefully on January 16, 2026. Born on May 26, 1942, in Winchester, Kentucky, she was the daughter of Wilmot and Emma Griggs (nee Sewell).
Beverly was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Thomas Raymond Riffe, as well as her father, Wilmot Griggs, her mother, Emma Griggs, and her sister, Lee Lewis. She is lovingly remembered by her son, Thomas Riffe, and her daughter, Toni B. (John) Riffe. Beverly's family also includes her sister, Mary Morgan, and her cherished grandchildren: Michael (Stephanie) Hehman, Mathew Hehman, Jade (Trey) Fennell, Jenna Riffe, Jana Riffe, Sophia, and her great granddaughter, Halle Fennell. She is survived by a host of other family members and friends who will dearly miss her.
A devoted wife to her "sailor" husband, Tom, Beverly was a loving mother to her children, Tommy and Toni Beth. Beverly was a retired administrative assistant at St. Luke Hospital, in Fort Thomas, Kentucky. She had a passion for traveling, particularly creating memorable experiences with her family. In her later years, she developed a love for reading and was known for sharing books with others. Her generous spirit shone brightly as she always looked out for those around her, often sharing awesome deals she found.
In honor of Beverly’s memory, contributions may be made to St. Jude’s’s or Shriners Hospitals for Children. A memorial service will be held at 12:00 PM on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, with visitation from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Northern Kentucky Chapel, located at 4350 Dixie Highway, Erlanger, Kentucky 41018.
