Beverly Ann Stanislawski

Beverly "Bev" Ann Stanislawski passed away on December 29, 2025, at her home in Whiting, Wisconsin. She was 66 years old.
Bev was born April 21, 1959, to Edward and Wilma (Longseth) Ferg in Stevens Point, Wisconsin. She grew up with her four siblings on the family farm in the Town of Harrison, Wisconsin. She attended school in Rosholt, Wisconsin, and later went on to study at Mid-State Technical College. Bev enjoyed living in the Rosholt community and was a board member of the Portage County Fair for many years.
In 1977, Bev married Thomas "Tomek" Stanislawski (d. 2021) at St. Adalbert Catholic Church in Rosholt. They had one son together. Although Bev and Tomek later divorced, Bev and her son remained connected to the Stanislawski family.
Bev's career was split between the banking and insurance industries. The first portion of her career was with First Financial and Associated Bank, and the latter portion was with Sentry Insurance. She was known for being a warm and dependable member of each team she was part of.
More importantly, however, were her qualities as a mother and grandmother. Her son, Thomas Joseph, was the light of her life, and even though she raised him largely as a single mother, he knew no shortage of love and attention. Bev served a hot family dinner every night, shuffled her son between sports practices and games, and used all her means to ensure he had a full and happy childhood. That same care and attention was extended to Thomas's wife and their three sons, whom Bev loved deeply. She was quick to pull out pictures of her grandsons or share stories of their lives to anyone who spoke with her.
Bev is survived by her son, daughter-in-law, three grandsons, sister Maxine Worth, brother William (Elaine) Ferg, sister-in-law Patricia Ferg, and countless beloved nieces and nephews.
Bev was preceded in death by her parents, brother Edward Ferg, sister Carole Merde, brother-in-law Julian Merde Jr., brother-in-law Wesley Worth, and other family members.
A Christian funeral service for Bev will be held Saturday, January 17, 2026, at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Stevens Point, WI. The visitation will start at 10 a.m., and the service will begin at 11 a.m. A lunch will follow at the church. Her committal service will take place at Northland Lutheran Cemetery in the spring.
