JACKSON: A Celebration of Life Service for Beverly Raye Tischler, 90, of Jackson, Minnesota will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at the First Baptist Church (921 Hills Avenue) in Jackson, Minnesota. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Cemetery in Jackson, Minnesota.
Beverly was called to her eternal rest on Monday morning, October 20, 2025 at Sanford Jackson Medical Center in Jackson, Minnesota. Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. on (Tuesday, November 18, 2025) at the First Baptist Church in Jackson, MN.

Beverly Raye Tischler, daughter of Joseph and Bertha Harmelink, was born August 16, 1935, in Sioux County, IA. Her parents moved to Jackson County, MN, when she was seven years old. She graduated from Jackson High School in 1952. She married Donald Rosenbrook upon his return from the Korean war in 1954. They were blessed with two daughters. Bev worked part time clerking in retail, as a teacher's aide, and as a motel clerk while they were raising their daughters. She served as a Brownie and Girl Scout leader, deacon, and Youth Club and Sunday School teacher at the First Presbyterian Church. She was a member of PEO and Mrs. Jaycees.
After her husband's death in 1980, she worked as an ESL tutor, secretary, bookkeeper, customer service representative, bank teller, and receptionist in several towns, including 18 years in Minneapolis. She was a member of Colonial Church of Edina while living in Minneapolis.
Upon retiring in 2007 she moved back to Jackson, where family and life-long friends resided. She loved working in her yard, planting and creating flower beds. Bev also enjoyed baking for family and friends; her cream puffs and nutty bars were favorites. She passed on her love of thrifting to her family. Bev served as an elder of the First Presbyterian Church for several years. In 2017, First Baptist Church became her house of worship. Bev turned 90 in August and loved celebrating this milestone day with family and friends for a very special afternoon.
Beverly is survived by her two daughters, Candis (Bernd) Sevin of Florida and Tamara (Paul) Meium of Jackson, five grandchildren, three great-grandsons, and many nieces and nephews. Preceding her in death were her husband, Donald Rosenbrook; one brother, Gerald Harmelink (Eva); two sisters, Edna Bezdicek (Milton) and Lorene Booton (Ron); and her parents, Joe and Bertha Harmelink.
