SHERBURN: A Celebration of Life Service for Terry Lee Adams, 61, of Sherburn, Minnesota will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, November 1, 2025 at Immanuel Lutheran Church (315 North Seeley Avenue) in Dunnell, Minnesota. Burial will be in Lake Fremont Cemetery in Dunnell, Minnesota.
Terry was called to his eternal rest on Thursday morning, October 23, 2025 at Season's Healthcare Center in Trimont, Minnesota. Visitation will be from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. Saturday, November 1, 2025 at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Dunnell.
Terry Lee Adams was born on January 25, 1964, to the late Vincent and Marian (Janssen) Adams in Estherville, Iowa. He was baptized and confirmed at St. John's Lutheran Church in Dunnell. He attended school in Sherburn and later was a 1982 graduate of Sherburn High School. Terry then attended Jackson Vocational School for his Commercial Plumbing degree. He then was employed as a Commercial Plumber for Fauske Plumbing in Worthington for several years. In 1991, Terry was united in marriage to Mary Breuer at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Dunnell. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends or going golfing, hunting, fishing and ice skating. He moved to the apartments in Sherburn where he could be seen riding his bike and socializing around town.
He is survived by his children, Alexandra "Alex" Adams of West Des Moines, Iowa and Dalton Adams of Ames, Iowa; sisters, Debra Sabin and Susan "Sue" (John) Forstrom of rural Trimont, Minnesota; brother, Jerry (Jayne) Adams of Watertown, Wisconsin; nieces and nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
Terry was preceded in death by his parents, Vincent and Marian (Adams) Knaak; son, Jacob Adams; sister, Linda Adams; brother, Eric Adams and other relatives.
